Are the pieces handmade? Will my order look exactly like the photo?
Every piece is handcrafted in small batches, which means slight variations in pattern, texture, and color are part of their charm. Your jewelry will be very close to the photos, but truly one-of-a-kind.
What’s your return policy and how can I return my items?
We know that sometimes things just don’t work out. Simply send back your unwanted items within 30 days, and we’ll happily refund you, no questions asked!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US takes about 5-7 business days.
